Sneak Peek Raffa Fall Winter Collection Photo Shooting

We still have some summer ahead but months go so fast and soon it will come again Winter and we have to be prepare for the change of weather and everything.

Now I am in Lima and it is winter here. Grey skies and humid weather are in every place but also nice colors and friendly people.

For this coming winter season Raffa is preparing a wonderful collection full of fashion and trendy colors. The inspiration will be Macchu Picchu gardens and creative tapestries of the Inca Culture.

Raffa wants to give you a sneak peek of the Fall Winter Collection, showing art in every garment they produce.

Photo shooting was last week and we want to share some moments of it with all of you.

Here you have some pictures and  why not some winter weather sightseeings of Lima Peru.

                             

Aun tenemos algunos meses de verano en puerta pero los meses pasan tan rápido que sin darnos cuenta pronto estaremos otra vez en invierno y debemos estar preparados para los cambios de temperatura y todo lo que se viene con eso.

Ahora estoy en Lima y es invierno aquí, Se ven cielos grises y se respira humedad pero las calles muestran colores hermosos y la gente es muy amigable.

Para este Otoño Invierno Raffa ha preparado una maravillosa colección que esta llena de moda y tendencias en cuanto a color. La inspiración que los diseñadores han adoptado son los jardines de Macchu Picchu y tapicerías creativas de diferentes culturas peruanas.

Raffa quiere compartir esta inspiración para esta colección creando arte en cada prenda que produce.

La sesión de fotos fue la semana pasada y queremos compartir con ustedes algunos momentos de ella, mostrando arte en todas las prendas que Raffa produce.

RAFFA TOKYO BOUTIQUE

Last Month we were in Tokyo and during our stay we visited the new Raffa boutique opened 6 months ago in Asagaya area, a very important neighborhood  for Raffa because the founders used to live there a long time ago when they started the business.

It was a very nice experience for us and discover more about the Japanese culture and all the tendencies in fashion and trends that this country has.

Japanese people appreciate the handmade labor and also the alpaca garments and alpaca yarn that now is more popular due to its very well known added values as warm, longevity and softness.

Raffa year by year had been evolved  and offers to the customers quality and innovative designs with collections created exclusively with the tastes and fashion trends of Japanese market.

In the end it was an impressive trip that we want to share with all of you because Raffa feels very happy to have a new boutique in this marvelous city that saw the brand born a few years ago. Also Raffa hopes to express  all the values and the identity that characterized the brand which is original designs that inspire art, history and fashion, because Raffa is the art made garment.

El mes pasado estuvimos visitando Japón y pudimos visitar la boutique Raffa que fue abierta hace 6 meses en el barrio de Asagaya, emblemático para la marca Raffa ya que los fundadores de la misma vivieron allí algunos meses al inicio de sus actividades.

Fue una linda experiencia para nosotros y conocer mas sobre la cultura japonesa y las tendencias en cuanto a moda y gustos que tiene la gente.

En Japón se valora mucho lo hecho a mano y las prendas de alpaca tienen mejor acogida debido a sus características de abrigo, longevidad y suavidad.

Sin duda un viaje inolvidable que queremos compartir ya que Raffa se siente muy feliz de poder tener una nueva boutique en esta maravillosa ciudad que vio nacer la marca desde hace muchos años y en la cual espera plasmar los valores e identidad que la caracterizan como son diseños originales que inspiran arte, historia y moda , por eso Raffa es el arte hecho prenda.

HAPPY MOTHER´S DAY , FELIZ DIA DE LA MADRE

En el día de la madre todo el equipo Raffa quiere recordar  a una en especial. La causante de que este sueño se hiciera realidad. Raffaela Molina como de cariño se le llamaba Raffa fue una mujer ejemplar y madre de 7 hijos, a los cuales sacó adelante con mucho empeño, amor y dedicación.

Cada uno de sus hijos le estará siempre agradecido y la menor de ellos decidió honrarla creando esta marca de moda con su nombre Raffa .

En este día de la Madre queremos honrarla y recordarla ya que por ella, Raffa fue creada para brindar a sus clientes prendas con estilo y fomentar lo hecho a mano, ya que era una de las pasiones de nuestra madre Raffa,  elaborar prendas hecho a mano con ganchillo y crochet.

CARNIVAL WITH HANDMADE GARMENTS

For Raffa February is not only the month of love it is also the month of carnival, and what a nice way to promote color, art, fashion, trends and handmade garments for this carnival

Para Raffa el mes de febrero a parte de ser mes del amor es también mes de carnaval y que mejor que promover color arte, tendencia, moda y prendas hecho a mano para este carnaval.

In Peru people from the mountain region used to celebrate carnival with typical dances combined with an original and handmade garments using different materials and trend colors. Those parties are in honor of the Pachamama (mother earth).

En Perú el carnaval tiene dos formas típicas unos lo celebran con agua debido a las temperaturas de verano que se vive en el país en especial en Lima, y en las provincias se estila hacer diversas festividades folclóricas con danzas y trajes típicos de las regiones que son hecho a mano fomentando la artesanía peruana y rindiendo homenaje a la pachamama (Madre tierra ).

One of the famous carnival is the Brasilian carnival specifically in Rio de Janeiro, where lots of people and Samba Institutions reunited to show wonderful parades full of color, and incredible handmade garments including the very popular Samba dance. This carnival is very impressive and always in fashion to visit and enjoy.

Sin duda el carnaval mas reconocido mundialmente es el del vecino país Brasil en el cual se ven a las escuelas de Samba desfilando por las calles con sus trajes también con acabados hecho a mano  y sus  bailes típicos. Una fiesta muy alegre y animada que es transmitida por todo el mundo y siempre esta de moda para visitarla y disfrutar.

Venice Carnival is another popular one. It is very well known because of the wonderful handmade masks that most people use and also for the handmade costumes very well elaborated. Also it is a beautiful city to celebrate everything and why not carnival?.

El Carnaval de Venecia también es muy famoso sobre todo por los disfraces hecho a mano con diseño original  y las ya famosas mascaras multicolor que se usan, además al ser una ciudad romántica y pintoresca es el ambiente ideal para festejar.

Designers recollect different information to create Raffa´s new Fall Winter Collection.

This year the collection will be inspire in the Peruvian jungle and all the elements and colors necessary to emulate a jungle atmosphere in each designs.

Combining earth colors, with flowers and also some Peruvian jungle animals like Jaguars or Parrots, Raffa designers pick this nice scenery to prepare the whole collection, adding different trend shapes to be more in fashion but also to develop an original collection and including as a sign of Raffa colorful patterns in some of the garments. The collection also includes geometric lines and flowers as a symbol of the magical earth that the jungle has and colorful garments must be in fashion this season as a Raffa style.

Los diseñadores de Raffa han recolectado información para crear la nueva Colección Otoño Invierno.

Este año la colección ha sido inspirada en la Selva Peruana y todos los elementos y colores necesarios para emular la atmósfera de la selva en cada diseño.

Combinando colores, con flores y también algunos animales peruanos como los Jaguares o el loro, los diseñadores de Raffa han escogido estos lindos paisajes para preparar la colección, añadiendo diferentes tendencias y formas para estar mas a la moda pero también para desarrollar una colección original e incluir como un signo de Raffa los patrones coloridos.
