FEAST OF SAN JUAN






The Feast of San Juan is known for the multiple fires that were made in ancient times and today many people celebrate it differently.For example in Spain is very common multiple celebrate with bonfires and fireworks in every city, to meet Barcelona now have lived very closely this party and lived an environment of much encouragement and enthusiasm by the people there are many fireworks on the beaches and firecrackers can be heard everywhere, people usually do certain rituals like getting to wear white or sea to bring good luck. This event also coincides with the start of summer. The festival that exists in the night of the party is to be the longest night of the year, kicking off the most anticipated season for many and warmer temperatures for all. This party is like a new year in Latin America where all gather vibrate celebrate with fireworks and firecrackers and festivities last until dawn. It is a beautiful moment to share with friends and family and start the summer.

In Peru these festivals are also celebrated primarily in the Peruvian jungle where people flock to the river to take a purifying bath, this bath is called blessed bath since it is known that these dates San Juan purify the water and persons carrying out this ritual have happy and healthy throughout the year. This ritual is celebrated on the night of June 23 a night before the party is June 24th where everyone moved to the neighborhood of San Juan where there is a mass and this is accompanied by a band.

 Also consuming the dish of the well-known jungle "Juane" that has a special preparation which usually consists of rice, eggs, olives, sacha, cilantro and chicken farm dams, wrapped in plant leaves known as Bijao, that is what gives a distinctive flavor.
 
 
Dances are also organized, including photographic exhibitions. In parts of Peru for these dates is winter and what are organized bonfires to celebrate the party.
